Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer who will be responsible for installation, training, and servicing of bodyshop equipment at customer sites. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to client locations.
- Key Responsibilities:Install bodyshop equipment at customer sites after sales
- Provide proper training to customers on machine usage and operation
- Visit customer locations to attend service calls and resolve technical issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems efficiently
- Prepare and submit service reports after each visit
- Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate with the internal team
- Communicate with the coordinator to arrange quotations for required spare parts
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service support
