Hiring: Business Development Manager / Fitness Manager
Location: Kharadi, Pune

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Gym Manager to lead our fitness club's sales, operations, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing a gym or fitness club, driving membership sales, increasing personal training revenue, and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual membership sales targets.
- Increase new member enrollments through walk-ins, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and marketing initiatives.
- Improve membership renewal and retention rates.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales, front desk, and fitness teams.
- Drive Personal Training (PT) sales and transformation programs.
- Build relationships with corporate companies, residential societies, schools, and local businesses for bulk memberships.
- Ensure excellent member experience and resolve escalations promptly.
- Monitor daily KPIs including leads, trials, conversions, renewals, PT sales, and revenue.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and community engagement activities.
- Maintain operational excellence, staff discipline, cleanliness, and SOP compliance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in gym or fitness club management/business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver business growth.
Preferred
- Experience with premium gyms or fitness chains.
- Strong local network for corporate and community partnerships.
- Passion for fitness and customer service.
