Job Description: Office Receptionist cum Admin
Position Overview
The Office Receptionist cum Admin will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a professional demeanour.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Administrative Support
- Handle office documentation, filing, and record‑keeping (digital and physical).
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
- Support HR and compliance teams with onboarding, asset issuance, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and courier agencies.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and communication drafts as required.
Office Management
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of reception and common areas.
- Monitor office equipment and arrange for timely maintenance.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration/Commerce preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in reception or administrative roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and customer‑service orientation.
