Job Summary:Hum apne restaurant ke liye ek responsible aur active Hotel Staff ki talash mein hain. Candidate ko Swiggy, Zomato aur anya online platforms se aane wale orders manage karne honge, billing karni hogi aur smooth order processing ensure karni hogi.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Swiggy / Zomato par aane wale orders accept karna
- Order details kitchen tak sahi time par pahunchana
- Billing software me bill generate karna
- Cash / Online payment handle karna
- Parcel packing coordination karna
- Order status update karna (Ready / Dispatched)
- Daily sales report maintain karna
- Customer queries ka basic response dena
- 🎓 Eligibility:Minimum 12th pass
- Basic computer knowledge
- Billing software ka basic understanding
- Fast typing aur basic English/Hindi padhne likhne ki ability
- 💼 Required Skills:Time management
- Basic accounting understanding
- Communication skills
- Responsible aur punctual behavior
