Job Opening – Restaurant Captain
Restaurant Name: Rassa Rang
Location: Swargate, Pune
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain who can handle floor operations and manage staff smoothly in our restaurant and bar.
What You Will Do:
- Manage waiters and make sure service runs properly
- Take orders from customers and guide them if needed
- Ensure fast and correct service of food and drinks
- Handle customers politely and solve any issues
- Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service team
- Make sure billing is done properly and no order is missed
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the floor
- Help in daily operations and support management
Who We Need
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as captain / senior waiter
- Must be comfortable working in a bar and handling alcohol service
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Responsible, confident, and quick in decision making
- Basic understanding of billing / POS
