Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverages Manager to manage and supervise all F&B operations, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily food and beverage operations
• Supervise restaurant staff and ensure proper service standards
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination
• Control costs and reduce wastage
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently
• Prepare duty rosters, staff scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria :

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Age: 25 to 45 years
• Gender: Male candidates only

Skills & Competencies :

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant and F&B operations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Customer-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate :

• Experience in hotels, resorts, or restaurants
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willing to work flexible shifts
