This position requires active collaboration to guide the design and delivery of effective solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. The role demands continuous interaction with diverse stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and to address challenges as they arise, fostering a productive and solution-oriented environment throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align project objectives with client requirements and industry standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application development and deployment.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
- Experience with integration of various enterprise systems and services.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
