Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle online sales enquiries from Website, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Email & Phone.
  • Respond to IndiaMART enquiries promptly and follow up with customers.
  • Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and dispatch.
  • Build relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
  • Maintain daily records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.


Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi (preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
  • Experience in Online Sales, IndiaMART, Telecalling, or Customer Support is preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
