Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system integration needs. This role requires facilitating meaningful discussions to translate customer requirements into practical technology solutions. The day includes collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement integration strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems. The Integration Engineer actively participates in shaping the customer journey and transformation initiatives, providing expert guidance to deliver solutions that meet both functional and technical expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions align with overall project goals.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration planning.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and data flow between applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with web technologies and APIs to facilitate seamless system connectivity.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
