• Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to assist in the planning, execution, supervision, and coordination of construction activities at site. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers, contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure quality work, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
• Monitor RCC, masonry, finishing, plumbing, electrical, and other civil works.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site staff.
• Check quality of materials and workmanship.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
• Measure work completed and assist in billing verification.
• Monitor labour productivity and material usage.
• Ensure site safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Identify and report site issues or delays to senior management.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks regularly.
• Help in quantity estimation and BOQ verification.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, and reports.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Understanding of RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and site management abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site and handle execution activities.
