Position: Key user Product DC Pune (D365)

Main purpose of the job / Mission:

Join us as Key User Product in Pune to be responsible for supporting ERP Upgradation D365 with hands-on experience into Supply Chain Management. Experience with Basic Data (Material Master, Vendor Master), P2P/S2P.  Familiar with Inventory Planning & Control tools (Inventory Analyst). Close Co-Ordination & communication with various stakeholders.

Execution of daily Order Support tasks

Key tasks as Key User:

General

  • Participate in process reviews
  • Provide input for potential process improvements
  • Support in change management

Implementation/ Roll-out phase

  • Support central project team in the development of the PDL template processes
  • Explain business requirements and provide business scenarios
  • Provide detailed process knowledge and local or legal requirements to the central team
  • Participate in system/process trainings
  • Plan, prepare and execute end user training

After going live

  • Be responsible for communicating and train local users in new functionality or process changes
  • Help with providing test cases and execute testing of new functionality when needed
  • First point of contact to support DC end-user
  • Raise, prioritize change requests in alignment with central teams and other DCs

Key task for Order Support Team member:

  • Master Data Maintenance
    • Create, update, and validate product, vendor, and customer master records in ERP.
    • Maintain HSN codes, tax parameters, and compliance-related attributes.
    • Ensure data integrity across multiple business units and warehouses.
  • Process Support
    • Support O2C, P2P, and S2P cycles by ensuring accurate data flow.
    • Handle customer and supplier enquiries related to orders, BOM and product details.
    • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to align ERP data with production processes.
  • Data Quality & Compliance
    • Monitor and audit master data for duplication, errors, or inconsistencies.
    • Ensure right inputs in master to get right output.
    • Ensure adherence to ERP standards and compliance requirements.
    • Validate inputs against business rules and statutory requirements.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders on product, order, and supplier data.
    • Provide insights into data accuracy, process bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
    • Support automation initiatives in data management and reporting.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of ERP systems
  • Part of ERP Implementation/Upgradation (SAP/Oracle/D365/ Movex).
  • Understanding of O2C, P2P, and S2P processes.
  • Familiarity with HSN codes, tax structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP parameters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar reporting tools (preferred).
  • Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BE/B-Tech from reputed college/university     

  • 2-4 years in P2P, S2P, Order Handling, Order Planning, Master Data Maintenance
