Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires careful planning of neural network configurations and overseeing the training processes using extensive datasets. The architect collaborates with various teams to ensure the models meet performance and scalability requirements, continuously refining the architecture to enhance natural language processing capabilities and support diverse applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative model architectures to meet project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model design with business and technical objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies involving large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Ability to analyze model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in language model pre-training and fine-tuning.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
