Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Prepare and send quotations to customers accurately and on time
- Follow up with customers for orders and payment updates
- Coordinate dispatch, transport, and logistics activities
- Handle customer orders from enquiry to delivery
- Maintain records of orders, quotations, invoices, and dispatch details
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments
- Update daily MIS reports in Excel
- Handle basic office administration and documentation
- Required SkillsGood computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, Tally preferred)
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Fast typing and proper documentation ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with teams
- Basic understanding of logistics and customer handling
- QualificationGraduate preferred
- 1–3 years experience in office operations / sales coordination / logistics coordination preferred
- Freshers with good computer and communication skills can also apply
