Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

• Implement a modular architecture to create scalable and maintainable backend systems.

• Ensure efficient communication between services and optimize the processing of requests and responses.

• Create and maintain database schemas with a strong focus on querying and data retrieval operations using SQL.

• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues, optimizing application performance and ensuring reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that backend components align with the overall project goals.

• Conduct code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in backend development.

   

   

  GenAI Development:

• Research and integrate state-of-the-art Generative AI models and techniques to enhance product functionality

• Develop custom AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers for specific use cases.

• Implement and optimize AI algorithms for natural language processing, image generation, or other relevant domains.

• Ensure the AI models are scalable and can be deployed efficiently in production environments.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and evaluate their potential impact on current projects.

• Collaborate with data scientists and other AI specialists to leverage large datasets for training models.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Contribute to the development of ethical AI guidelines and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  Requirements:

   

   

  Backend Development:

• Expertise in backend development with Python and frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

• Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with cloud technologies and services, specifically Azure.

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker is a plus.

• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI and RAG implementation is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills related to backend systems.

   

 

GenAI Development:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML-powered solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and agent-based platforms (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

• Architect and implement robust application integrations using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, with a focus on APIs, microservices, and enterprise-scale systems.

• Drive data-driven solution development by analyzing complex datasets to extract insights and inform product direction.

• Champion the adoption of AI-augmented workflow automation within customer environments, maximizing business value and operational efficiency.

• Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI solutions into production, ensuring continuous evaluation, monitoring, and improvement.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating concise artifacts for peers, partners, and leadership.

• Align technical solutions with business objectives, setting a clear vision for technological progress and measurable results.

• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and models, such as BERT, GPT, or similar Generative AI technologies.

• Experience in building and deploying AI models in production environments.

• Familiarity with LangGraph for enhancing natural language understanding and generation capabilities.

• Familiarity with techniques for fine-tuning and optimizing generative models for specific use cases.

• Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering for AI applications.

• Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Understanding of ethical considerations and bias mitigation in AI model development.

• Experience with using AI in cloud environments, especially with Azure OpenAI or other cloud-based AI services, is a plus.

• B. TECH/BE or higher

• 3+ years of experience delivering impactful AI/ML solutions in production environments, including experience as a founding or forward-deployed engineer in 0-to-1 product development.

• Deep expertise in applied AI/ML, including generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, and experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and thrive in rapidly changing environments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Strategic and innovative thinking, with a track record of aligning technical solutions to business goals.
