Job Description

Manager - Product Development

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Core Technical Competencies

  • Strong expertise in E&E system design, integration, and vehicle-level application (INCA & GARUDA preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of electrical architecture (ECUs, sensors, system interfaces)
  • Hands-on experience in Common Rail, LIN alternator, start-stop systems, Li-ion battery integration
  • Proficiency in CAN, LIN, PWM protocols
  • Good understanding of vehicle subsystems & interface architecture
  • Working knowledge of homologation requirements (Generators)

Tools & Diagnostics

  • Strong capability in INCA & GARUDA (parameterization, data analysis, fault diagnosis)
  • Proficient in MS Office, EPLAN, and engineering tools

Execution & Leadership

  • Lead CFT collaboration and system integration ensuring QCT delivery
  • Define & release technical specifications to suppliers
  • Drive component & vehicle-level validation for zero-defect delivery
  • Exposure to Telecom E&E systems (preferred)

Quality, Cost & Improvement

  • Deliver cost targets via IMCR/VAVE without compromising quality
  • Strong in field failure analysis, RCA, CAPA, and resolution implementation
  • Good understanding of BOM management

Engineering & Quality Practices

  • Skilled in DFMEA, 7 QC tools, design reviews, project management
  • Working knowledge of DFA, DFS, QFD, APQP, PPAP, GD&T
  • Strong problem-solving ability

Behavioral Competencies

  • Analytical, structured thinker with strong planning skills
  • Agile, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Passion for technology adoption and execution excellence

Education –  B.Tech / Diploma Electrical/ Electronics

Experience:   7 to 11 Years
