Marketing Field Relationship Officer

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive, engineering, and industrial sectors.
• Visit client sites, factories, and procurement offices to present metal sheet press component solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical product demonstrations and quotations.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective field visits and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, visit logs, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Support participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Marketing or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of field sales experience in sheet metal, fabrication, or industrial products.
• Strong knowledge of metal sheet press components and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to travel extensively and work independently with reporting discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
