Job Description:

Job Title: 9116 - Marketing Sr Admin Assistant

Job Grade: 07

Shift timing: 1800 to 0300

Job Duties:

• Customized Contracts are prepared as per customer requirement and implement the incentives/rates in the system.
• Analyzing the request prudently and amending the contract in accordance with the pricing request as per agreed timelines.
• Processing contracts for new and existing UPS customers, auto-renewal of expired contracts and contract cancellation for non-shipping customers
• 100% Quality is the essential factor.
• Processing is time-sensitive and requires timely action on every work allocated.

Employee Skill Requirement:

• Knowledge of UPS Incentive Administrative System would be an advantage.
• Eye for detail & Good accuracy.
• Good analytical skills.
• Flexibility and ability to perform tasks within tight timeline.
• Fluent in English (speaking/writing).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Flexibility with shift timing and extend shift working time when necessary.
• Good keyboard skills required.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
