MIS Manager

About the role

We are a growing real estate company with a portfolio spanning residential and commercial projects across Pune. We are looking for a sharp, data-driven MIS Manager to own our reporting and information systems someone who combines strong Excel and MS Office skills with a practical command of AI tools to deliver faster, smarter business insights across sales, finance, and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain MIS dashboards and reports covering sales, collections, project progress, inventory, and financial performance for management review.
• Build automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools — reducing manual effort and turnaround time.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to automate repetitive reporting tasks, draft analyses, and generate data summaries efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and project teams to gather accurate data and translate it into clear, actionable reports.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM, ERP, and project tracking systems used by the organisation.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and data requests as required.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing reporting processes and propose improvements proactively.

What we're looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or business analysis — real estate or construction sector experience is preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in MS Office — advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, dashboards), PowerPoint, and Word are non-negotiable.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms for productivity and analysis tasks — this is a must.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or any BI/reporting tool is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of real estate KPIs — sales pipeline, collection tracking, project cost monitoring, and inventory status.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Exposure to real-estate ERP platforms (Yardi, MRI, Tally, or similar).
• Experience creating management presentations and board-level reports.
• Understanding of RERA compliance reporting requirements.
