Job Description
Job Description – Office Executive (Loan DSA)
Responsibilities:
Source customers for Home Loan / LAP / Business Loan
Generate leads and achieve sales targets
Explain loan products and eligibility to clients
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, etc.)
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for file login and status updates
Maintain MIS and track all loan cases
Follow up with clients and banks till loan disbursement
Handle basic client queries and provide support
Requirements:
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of loan products
Proficiency in MS Excel and email handling
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Experience in loan/financial sales preferred
