Tittle: Senior Functional–Technical Oracle EBS Resource

Position Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Functional–Technical Oracle EBS professional with prior Cummins project experience to support and lead key initiatives across Finance, Manufacturing, and Planning Oracle areas. This role will provide significant value by actively participating in business discussions, translating requirements into effective solutions, and leveraging standard Oracle E-Business Suite functionality. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving skills, deep understanding of Oracle EBS SQL, and the ability to propose solutions based on prior deployments and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
•    Act as a Functional–Technical lead for Oracle EBS Finance, Manufacturing, and Planning project activities
•    Participate in and drive business discussions, providing recommendations aligned with standard Oracle EBS capabilities
•    Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and technical solutions
•    Utilize standard Oracle EBS SQL queries to troubleshoot issues, perform analysis, and support reporting needs
•    Proactively propose solution options based on previous Oracle EBS implementations and work experience
•    Lead small projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and delivery
•    Work directly with business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
•    Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed

Anticipated Projects
•    CES Audit Project Leadership

o    Lead the AZM menu restriction audit project for Aaron C. Droemer to review and validate Oracle EBS menu access and security configurations
o    Ensure audit compliance and provide recommendations for remediation where needed

•    ASCTrack Upgrade Project
o    Complete the ASCTrack upgrade project, including coordination with 3PL users
o    Support testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities
o    Ensure minimal business disruption and successful transition to the upgraded solution

•    New Capabilities Project support – Lumos and SILC Exit projects 
o    Advise and support functional leads in providing expertise solution suggestions and roadblock suggestions as a senior resource
