What would you do? This process is responsible for supporting Performance Management, Succession Management, and Talent Development activities by managing and resolving inquiries from internal employees. The role requires timely HR ticket handling, strong coordination with HR Partners and Talent Management COEs, and accurate processing of requests within HR systems. The position also manages key operational tasks such as goal setting, performance reviews, PIP actions, talent profile retrieval, and employee data updates. Employee Services refer to the support and resources provided by an organization to its employees. This includes HR assistance, payroll processing, benefits administration, training programs, and wellness initiatives. The goal is to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being. A process for identifying and developing new leaders who can replace old leaders when they leave, retire or die. . In business, it entails developing internal people with the potential to fill key business leadership positions in the company.

Roles and Responsibilities: HR Operations & Ticket Management • Manage and resolve HR-related tickets efficiently, ensuring timely updates and professional communication with stakeholders • Partner with HR teams and Talent Management COEs to gather required information and secure necessary approvals • Ensure all transactions follow established HR policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines Performance Management Tasks • Goal Settings: Update, edit, assign, and approve goals in the system • Performance Improvement Plans (PIP): Add or remove employees from PIP, including processing extensions • Performance Reviews: Reopen review forms and add/remove employees from tasks or co planner responsibilities Talent & Employee Data Management • Talent Profiles: Retrieve Talent Profiles from MTC for leadership and management use • Hierarchy & Education Updates: Process updates related to reporting hierarchy, education records, and similar employee information changes Reporting • Generate standard and customized reports based on business requirements with high accuracy and timeliness • Validate and analyze performance-related data to support HR and business decision-making
