Portfolio Resolutions Manager-Unsecured-ARD Retail-ARD Retail Portfolio
- Manage and resolve unsecured retail portfolios to optimize recovery and minimize losses. - Oversee the portfolio resolutions process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for portfolio management and risk mitigation. - Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Lead efforts to negotiate settlements and restructure unsecured retail debts effectively. - Ensure timely reporting and documentation related to portfolio resolutions. - Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to align on portfolio strategies and outcomes. - Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience during the resolution process. - Utilize analytical skills to assess portfolio risks and recommend corrective actions. - Support the ARD Retail team in achieving overall business objectives related to portfolio management.Job role
