Job Title: Presales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Pune (Office-based)

Experience: 03 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply!)


Role & Responsibilities

As a Presales Executive, you are the first point of contact for our clients. You will act as the "brand voice" of Brickworth Realty, transforming raw interest into high-intent site visits for our luxury projects.


  • Lead Management: Promptly handle and nurture high-quality leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, Social Media, and QR codes).
  • Consultative Calling: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential homebuyers to understand their requirements and pitch the right luxury projects.
  • Appointment Setting: The core of your role is to convince prospects of the project's value and successfully schedule Site Visits for the sales team.
  • Pipeline Follow-up: Maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule via CRM to ensure no lead goes cold and every query is answered.
  • Data Integrity: Keep an organized record of client interactions, feedback, and lead statuses in our CRM system.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on current real estate trends in Pune to provide authentic and confident information to clients.


Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for energetic, "people-persons" who are eager to start their career in the high-reward world of real estate.


  • Experience: 0 to 3 years. We value attitude over experience. If you are a fresher with great communication skills, we will train you!
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential to connect with the local Pune market; decent English is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: You should be a "human" communicator—someone who listens more than they talk and can build trust quickly over a phone call.
  • Mindset: A self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a target-driven environment and resilient enough to handle objections.
  • Availability: Must be comfortable working on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), as these are the most active days for our homebuyers. (A mid-week off will be provided).
