Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale business solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, proven experience managing large implementations, and the ability to drive projects from requirements gathering through production deployment. 

  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Architect, design, and implement solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights (Marketing), and Project Operations. 
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions, solution design workshops, and technical discussions with business and technology stakeholders. 
  • Define scalable solution architectures while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, governance, and compliance requirements. 
  • Lead development teams, provide technical guidance, conduct code and architecture reviews, and ensure delivery quality across the project lifecycle. 
  • Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse. 
  • Develop and oversee advanced customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF controls, custom connectors, plugins, and workflows. 
  • Configure and integrate Experlogix CPQ within Dynamics 365 Sales to support quote-to-cash business processes. 
  • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agentic AI capabilities, including custom copilots, autonomous agents, AI orchestration, and business process automation. 
  • Design integration solutions using Dataverse, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and third-party systems. 
  • Establish and manage ALM practices, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. 
  • Produce architecture documentation, technical specifications, integration designs, and operational support documentation. 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution design, development, and implementation. 
  • Proven experience leading teams of developers and technical consultants in enterprise-scale projects. 
  • Strong experience leading large Dynamics 365/Power Platform implementations, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, technical design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and production support. 
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI solutions, custom copilots, generative AI capabilities, and intelligent automation within the Microsoft ecosystem. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business audiences.
