Production Supervisor

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure on‑time delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and shop‑floor discipline.

• Monitor production KPIs such as OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, and take action to meet targets.

• Ensure compliance with safety practices, drive 5S, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Materials, Engineering).

• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools.

• Conduct daily Gemba walks and review shift reports.

• Maintain accurate production records in ERP systems.

• Support new product introductions, process validations, and training of operators.

• Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 5-10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and shop‑floor systems.

• Experience in supervising teams within a factory setting.

• Understanding of safety standards, quality systems, and ERP usage
