The key fields of play are:

• As functional consultants/configurators (not users), within consulting/professional service firms/IT Majors/GCCs with exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP (FICO Module), Oracle Apps, MS Dynamics, Hyperion, Tableau/Spotfire/Qlikview etc
• We are looking for specific skills in providing advisory services/ knowledge of processes and related automation/certifications with respect to Record to Report (R2R)Strong project management, stakeholder management and change management experience
• Deep understanding and experience of R2R process diagnostic, remediation and to-be design
• Understanding and exposure of well-known and widely used finance technology such as blackline, S4 Hana, BPC, BI/BW, Anaplan, Analytics etc.
• Basic to moderate understanding of accounting standards like IFRS, USGAAP etc.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering analytical and strategic consulting solutions in a project environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project execution. Ability to synthesize client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables. Experienced in stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout project lifecycles. Solid knowledge of industry best practices to provide insightful recommendations that drive client value and operational efficiency.

• BE/BTech/Master of Business Administration

Experience

• SAP FICO (4+ years)
