Role Overview

A Project Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control. This role acts as the bridge between design, procurement, and site execution teams.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities
• 1. Project Planning & ExecutionPlan and execute solar projects from design to commissioning
• Prepare project timelines, BOQ, and execution strategy
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per scope

• 2. Site Survey & FeasibilityConduct site visits and technical feasibility analysis
• Rooftop measurement, shadow analysis, and system sizing
• Identify technical challenges before execution
• 3. Coordination & ManagementCoordinate with:
• Design team
• Procurement team
• Vendors & contractors
• Act as single point of contact for project stakeholders
• 4. Installation & ExecutionSupervise installation of:
• Solar panels
• Inverters
• Mounting structures
• Ensure execution as per drawings and standards
• Monitor daily site progress
• 5. Quality & Safety ControlEnsure adherence to:
• Quality standards
• Safety protocols (HSE)
• Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues
• 6. Testing & CommissioningOversee testing, commissioning, and synchronization
• Ensure plant performance meets design expectations
• 7. Documentation & ReportingMaintain:
• Project reports
• As-built drawings
• Client documentation
• Provide regular updates to management
• 8. Client HandlingInteract with clients for:
• Project updates
• Issue resolution
• Ensure high customer satisfaction

• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of:
• Solar PV systems (DC & AC)
• Cable sizing, inverter selection
• Electrical drawings & SLDs
• Project management & coordination skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle multiple projects

Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in:

• Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Mechanical / Renewable Energy
