Job Description

WNS (PUNE) is hiring for OTC (Cash App) domain at Lead Associate level.

Candidate should be okay with Night Shifts.

We require candidates with 3-5 Years of experience in AR - Cash Application domain.

Local Pune candidates preferred.

Understands application of the principles in the defined tasks related to order to cash process.
Able to handle tasks allocated in Cash Application independently as per the specific client process and ensures compliance in terms TAT and accuracy•
Cash Applicators: Cash Application Account reconciliation Dispute Management Debit note and Credit note clarity Basic accounting knowledge SAP / HRC/ Zuora knowledge preferred
Additional knowledge will be added advantage
