Job Description

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, including pricing and payment terms
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards are met
  • Maintain accurate purchase records and update procurement database
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand material requirements and forecast demand
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and cost savings
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by proactively monitoring market trends and supplier capabilities
  • Participate in supplier audits and supplier development initiatives
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and new product developments that may impact procurement activities
