Job Description

Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate

Company: Pride Realty

Experience: 0–4 Years

Role OverviewResponsible for handling inbound/outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits to support the sales team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads from portals, ads, and campaigns
  • Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
  • Understand client requirements (budget, location, configuration)
  • Schedule site visits for sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM data regularly
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing
  • Coordinate with sales team for conversions
  • Key Skills RequiredStrong communication and convincing skills
  • Good phone etiquette and follow-up ability
  • Basic knowledge of real estate projects
  • Target-driven and disciplined approach
  • CRM handling (preferred)
  • KPIsCalls per day
  • Qualified leads generated
