📢 Hiring: Sales Manager – Real Estate (Builder Side)📍 Location: Baner, Pune.


💼 Experience: 8+ Years (Real Estate Mandatory)


💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 (based on experience)


🔍 Job Role:We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from a Builder/Developer background who can lead a sales team, drive site sales, and build a strong sales system.


  • Responsibilities:Manage a sales team
  • Drive site visits, bookings & closures
  • Generate leads through brokers, channel partners & direct marketing
  • Build and manage channel partner network
  • Create and implement sales process, follow-ups & CRM system
  • Achieve monthly sales targets & revenue goals
  • Train and guide sales executives for better conversions
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation


✅ Requirements:Minimum 8+ years experience in Real Estate Sales (Builder Side)

  • Proven track record of closing deals & achieving targets
  • Experience in handling channel partners & brokers
  • Strong team handling & leadership skills
  • Good communication & negotiation skills
