Job Description

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage, train, and motivate team members.
  • Maintain Food cost, PNL and roaster.
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints quickly
  • Control inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage
  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets
  • Manage staff scheduling and optimize labor costs
  • Track performance metrics and improve store efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
