  • Partner with Process & Governance and Roadmap roles to:

  • explain what is changing, why, and what it means for them

  • Ensure communications focus on practical impact, not technical detail

Adoption Insight & Feedback Loops

  • Monitor and assess adoption, pain points, and common user issues

  • Use insights from:

  • support queries

  • user engagement
to inform improvements to guidance, training, and future change planning

  • Act as the voice of the user in RevOps design discussions

Collaboration Across RevOps

  • Work closely with:

  • Salesforce Process & Governance Analyst (to align guidance with standards and controls)

  • RevOps Lead (to reflect operating‑model decisions in enablement materials)

  • RevOps Roadmap & Planning role (to support readiness for upcoming change)

  • Reinforce governance standards through education and clarity, not enforcement

This Role Does

  • Improve consistency, confidence, and understanding in Salesforce usage

  • Reduce avoidable support requests and user frustration

  • Support audit and control objectives through clear guidance and repeatable behaviour

  • Enable effective adoption of both current‑state and future‑state processes

This Role Does Not

  • Own Salesforce configuration or technical build

  • Act as a project or change delivery manager

  • Own process design or operating‑model decisions

  • Replace formal training delivered by external partners or programmes (where applicable)

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience working in a Salesforce‑enabled business environment

  • Strong ability to explain complex processes simply and clearly

  • Experience creating user guidance, training materials, or operational documentation

  • Experience working with governance, audit, or regulated environments

  • Experience using tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar documentation platforms

Personal Attributes

  • Practical, user‑focused, and pragmatic

  • Clear communicator with a bias for simplicity

  • Curious about how processes work in reality, not just on paper

  • Comfortable working in evolving environments with ambiguity

  • Proactive and improvement‑oriented
