Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for Gold Jewellery Senior Sales Staff
1. Sales Performance
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Effectively promote higher-value items and complementary products to customers.
- Customer Conversion: Convert store visitors into buyers through persuasive selling techniques and excellent customer service.
2. Customer Service Excellence
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and attentive service.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive store reputation.
- After-Sales Support: Provide support to customers post-purchase, including handling returns, exchanges, and repairs.
3. Product Knowledge and Presentation
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all jewellery products, including materials, craftsmanship, and design details.
- Trends and Innovation: Stay informed about current trends in the jewellery market and incorporate them into sales presentations.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining attractive and organized displays that highlight key products and promotions.
4. Inventory Management
- Stock Monitoring: Keep track of inventory levels and communicate with management about stock needs and discrepancies.
- Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves are restocked promptly and accurately, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Inventory Accuracy: Participate in regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
5. Sales Process and Administration
- Sales Documentation: Accurately complete sales transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is handled correctly.
- Payment Handling: Manage cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely and efficiently.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
6. Team Collaboration and Training
- Team Support: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals and provide mutual support.
- Mentoring: Assist in training new sales staff, sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Performance Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to peers and participate in team performance reviews.
7. Customer Relationship Management
- Greet to customer.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and loyalty.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote new products or upcoming events.
