Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator cum Operations Executive who can support the sales team, coordinate day-to-day operations, handle customer communication, and manage tele-calling activities. The candidate should possess good communication skills, follow-up capability, and basic operational understanding to ensure smooth business execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales CoordinationCoordinate with clients regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and dispatch schedules.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer databases.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders, approvals, and payments.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate internally with accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth order execution.
Operations Management
- Monitor order processing, dispatch tracking, and delivery status.
- Maintain records of invoices, challans, purchase orders, and operational documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and service providers.
- Ensure timely updates and smooth communication between departments.
- Handle day-to-day operational support activities.
- Tele Calling & Customer SupportMake outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Attend inbound customer enquiries and provide basic product/service information.
- Maintain proper call records and follow-up status.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular communication.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP will be an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
- Professional and positive attitude.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Additional certification in sales coordination or operations will be beneficial.
Preferred Candidate
- ProfileFemale/Male candidate with good telephonic communication skills.
- Experience in coordination, backend sales support, customer handling, or operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
