Role Overview :Girdharlal Ag is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive growth in our Diagnostic Equipment and Laboratory Products division. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from finding new leads to closing deals and maintaining excellent client relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic labs.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Actively identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Sales Closing: Present product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
• Customer Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, lab managers, and procurement teams.
• RequirementsProven experience in sales, specifically within Diagnostic Equipment, Lab-related products, or Medical Devices.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical/medical product specifications.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
