Job Description

Handle customer inquiries (calls, emails, WhatsApp)

✔ Understand customer requirements related to sheet metal products

✔ Read and understand basic engineering drawings

✔ Prepare and send quotations

✔ Follow up with clients for orders

✔ Coordinate with production team for order status

✔ Maintain customer database and records

✔ Build strong customer relationships

✔ Support in order processing and documentation
