Senior Analyst

Description

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Background Verification (BGV)

  • Oversee end-to-end background verification processes in coordination with third-party vendors
  • Track and follow up on pending BGV cases to ensure timely and accurate closure
  • Review BGV reports and escalate discrepancies, risks, or red flags to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal and audit requirements
  • Act as a key point of contact for BGV-related queries and escalations
  • Ensure BGV processes adhere to company policies and regulatory standards

HR Operations

  • Support core HR operational processes and employee lifecycle activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in HR systems
  • Respond to HR operations-related queries from employees and stakeholders
  • Support audits, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Identify gaps in HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Operations, with strong exposure to BGV
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a strong process-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
