Role Description

• The Senior Engineer is responsible for managing or performing work across multiple areas of the IT platform and infrastructure, including analysis, development, and administration.
• The role may also involve functional oversight of engineering delivery within specific teams or domains.

Your key responsibilities

• Plan and develop end-to-end engineering solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and integrated into the overall system landscape.
• Build resiliency through testing, reviews, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure maintainability and reusability of engineering components.
• Design solutions that follow enterprise architecture standards.
• Review engineering outputs to improve quality and consistency.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight where needed.
• Drive innovation through adoption of modern tools and technologies.

Scope of Role

• Works across multiple technical areas and contributes to the full lifecycle of engineering solutions, from design through deployment and maintenance.

Your skills and experience

• Strong experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure.
• Understanding of system architecture and integration principles.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate across teams.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
