Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will 1 possess a strong design sensibility, exceptional project management skills, and a proven ability to lead and mentor junior designers. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of design projects, from conceptualization to final installation, ensuring client satisfaction and design integrity. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards.
• Develop innovative and creative design concepts based on client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and material selections.
• Produce comprehensive working drawings, specifications, and schedules for construction and procurement.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp,3DS MAX, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Enscape) is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
