Job Description
The CCM Program Senior Lead is responsible for driving the strategic execution of the Continuous Control Monitoring Program across infrastructure domains. This role ensures strong understanding, analysis and governance of automated and semi-automated control monitoring processes, enabling real-time visibility into control health and risk and compliance posture.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end execution of the CCM Program, aligning with organizational risk and compliance frameworks.
- Define and evolve the CCM Dashboard to provide centralized, automated, and actionable insights into control performance using Key Control Indicators (KCIs) and Control Indicators (CIs).
- Oversee the onboarding, probation, and governance lifecycle of control metrics, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
Governance & Compliance
- Maintain alignment with governance frameworks and ensure consistent oversight of control monitoring processes.
- Facilitate control owner engagement and ensure timely reporting of control health, threshold breaches, and remediation plans.
- Support regulatory and audit requirements by enabling evidence-based control operations and documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a central liaison among infrastructure, compliance, risk, and automation teams.
- Lead cross-functional forums such as the CCM Control Forum meetings to report progress, blockers, and strategic updates.
- Collaborate with control owners, tower leads, and SMEs to assess feasibility and onboard controls for monitoring.
Technical Oversight
- Guide the requirements and test case development of automated scripts and dashboards for control monitoring.
- Ensure integration of data sources into the monitoring framework, maintaining data lineage and governance.
- Oversee UAT planning, execution, and go-live activities for control monitoring solutions.
Must Haves:
- 12+ years of experience required as total.
- 7 + years proven experience in IT Risk Management, Infrastructure Controls, or Cybersecurity domains.
- Strong understanding of control frameworks (SOC, SOX, NIST, FFIEC).
- Experience around requirement analysis for control monitoring automation and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI), and control lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record in leading control automation and monitoring programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow.
Good to Have:
- Strategic thinking and program management capabilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
- Experience with control feasibility analysis and metric design.
- Exposure to regulatory audits and sample-based testing processes.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Audit, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 + years of experience in Infrastructure Control, IT Risk Management, or Infrastructure Operations roles.
