Partner with Technology Control Officers, Issue Owners, and Delivery Leads to drive accountability for issue remediation timelines, quality, and evidentiary standards.

Support governance and challenge processes for risk acceptance, extensions, and material issue escalation, ensuring appropriate documentation and transparency.

Collaborate closely with Second Line of Defense partners to align on issue management expectations, quality standards, and aggregated risk insights.

Identify trends, control gaps, and recurring themes across the Technology issue inventory and recommend targeted remediation or process improvements.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing program maturity, operational efficiency, and risk visibility.

Support development and delivery of training, awareness, and enablement materials for Technology, Risk, and Control stakeholders.
