📢 Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Executive – Plotting Projects

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our real estate company. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing plot sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, site visits, references, and digital platforms
• Contact and follow up with prospective customers regularly
• Explain plotting project details clearly, including location, layout, plot sizes, pricing, and payment plans
• Educate customers about legal documents such as NA, 7/12, layout approval, and the registration process
• Arrange and conduct site visits and ensure proper customer handling at the site
• Convince customers and close deals within given timelines
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions, banners, campaigns, and on-ground activities
• Maintain daily records of inquiries, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Eligibility:

• Experience in real estate sales & marketing (Plotting experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market and plotting projects
• Two-wheeler and smartphone mandatory
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
