Job Title: Sales Manager (Loans)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentive
Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Manager for handling Personal Loans and Business Loans in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, onboarding channel partners, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned loan disbursal targets for Personal Loans and Business Loans
- Identify, meet, and empanel new Channel Partners (CPs)
- Maintain regular follow-ups and activate empanelled channel partners
- Build strong relationships with CPs, customers, and banking partners
- Coordinate with the backend team for smooth processing and disbursal
- Handle customer queries and ensure a seamless sales process
- Track performance and provide regular sales updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably in BFSI/loans)
- Graduation preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities
