Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage PEP and localization projects from nomination/4M change to SOP launch + 3 months.
• Define scope, prepare charters, and align timelines with customer milestones.
• Track project performance in time, quality, and cost.
• Prepare investment proposals and secure approvals.
• Lead project reviews with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
• Delegate tasks, coordinate execution, and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Conduct risk analysis, escalate issues, and arrange support or training.
• Monitor gateway requirements and ensure timely approvals.
• Use Planisware, Windchill, Power BI, and SharePoint for planning/reporting.
• Ensure compliance during audits (ISA, IATF, TISAX, customer).
• Guarantee safe launch before SOP and hand over projects to production.
• Close projects successfully after SOP stabilization.

Your Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in automotive or mechanical domains.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, APQP, PPAP, and IATF procedures.
• Familiarity with OEM APQP-development methodology.
• Certifications such as PMP, SCRUM Master, or CAPM are advantageous.
