Sr Lead Business Consultant
Area(s) of responsibility
We are seeking a skilled Syteline (Infor CloudSuite Industrial) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Syteline ERP solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client business processes and recommend optimal Syteline ERP configurations.
Gather and document client requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Lead end-to-end Syteline ERP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Syteline modules such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Conduct user training sessions and create user manuals/documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop customizations and reports as needed.
Ensure project deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
Provide post-implementation support and system optimization.
