Position Title : Power BI & Power Automate Developer

Business-Critical Transformation Initiative

 

Requirement Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI & Power Automate Developer to support a high-visibility business initiative involving executive dashboards, operational monitoring, SLA reporting, and process automation across multiple platforms and integration layers.

 

The resource will be responsible for end-to-end design, development, optimization, and deployment of Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows that will be consumed by senior leadership, operational teams, and business stakeholders. Given the strategic importance of this initiative, candidates must possess strong hands-on experience in solution architecture, dashboard design, data modeling, DAX development, workflow automation, and stakeholder engagement.

 

Power BI Development

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports for operational and executive reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations and KPIs.
• Develop interactive dashboards with drill-through, dynamic filtering, and role-based security.
• Ensure Power BI best practices.
• Implement data refresh, performance optimization, and report governance.
• Support executive-level reviews through visually compelling and actionable dashboards.
• Plan for scalability and long term visualizations

Power Automate Development

• Design and develop Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and notifications.
• Integrate workflows across SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and external systems.

 

Power BI

• Strong expertise in:
  • Data Modelling
  • Report Performance Optimization
  • Power BI Service Administration

Power Automate

• • Design & develop Workflows
  • Schedule Flows
  • Integration with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel and if needed with QAD ERP Database
  • Exception Handling and Monitoring

Experience Required

• 3-6 years overall Power BI/Automate experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Minimum 3 years Power Automate experience.
• Proven experience delivering dashboards for senior management and executive stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
