Store Assistant

·        Receipt of material - physical receipt and Make entry in system (on same day)

·        Proper Storage and preservation of the material

·        Issues Material - physical and system

·        Ensure compliance to ISO and OHSAS procedures for storage and preservation of materials

·        Maintains 5 S and Visual Workplace in Stores Areas

·        Co-ordinates with other functions

·        Prepares list of non-moving and slow-moving items

·        Takes Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory and make reports

·        Send documents to accounts for making payments

·        Ensure safe handling of materials

·        Minimum Inventory

·        ERP & Actual Stock are true

·        Purchase – PO, packing material, receipt

·        Monitor and follow-up with suppliers/customers to ensure on-time and accurate shipping document submission

·        Liaise and coordinate with overseas vendors/customers, freight forwarders, carriers on delivery date and pick-ups

·        Planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization.

·        Work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.
