About the RoleLenskart is looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store team, achieving business targets, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business PerformanceAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive key retail KPIs including Revenue, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Analyze store performance and implement action plans to improve business outcomes.
• Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns and new product launches.
• Team ManagementRecruit, train, coach, and develop store associates.
• Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
• Monitor productivity and ensure high employee engagement.
• Build a high-performing, customer-centric team.
• Customer ExperienceDeliver an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with Lenskart's customer service standards.
• Store OperationsManage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits.
• Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and store documentation.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Inventory ManagementMonitor stock availability and replenishment.
• Minimize stock loss and shrinkage.
• Coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams for inventory planning.
• Reporting & CompliancePrepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate operational records.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 3–8 years of experience in Retail Store Management.
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
• Experience in Optical, Eyewear, Fashion, Apparel, Electronics, Footwear, QSR, or other organized retail industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and retail billing/POS systems.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
