Store Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-oriented and energetic Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail or counter sales and possess strong communication and sales skills to provide an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and understand their product requirements.
• Handle counter sales and process customer orders efficiently.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate prices and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.
• Maintain accurate sales records and assist with billing when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 1 Year
• English: Basic English

Salary:

• ₹12,000 – ₹23,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
